Monthly IT Support
Raphaël Reck — IT Consultant
Senior IT consultant with 20+ years in IT (7+ at enterprise scale: Amadeus, Orange). Remote-first, working with companies worldwide.
Monthly IT Support | Wherever You Are
You run a company. You don't have an IT department. When something breaks, you either fix it yourself or call someone expensive. There's a third option: a senior engineer on a monthly plan, fully remote, with guaranteed response times built into every tier. No agency overhead. No junior support staff. Direct access to the person doing the work.

Timezone? Doesn't matter much. I'm CET-based but have worked with clients across the US, Caribbean, and Asia. Write me a few lines, I'll tell you honestly if I'm the right fit.
Need AI Automation Too?
Most admin work — invoicing, reminders, follow-ups, data entry — is just a machine waiting to happen. I build automation systems that run 24/7, talk to your existing tools, and give you hours back every week.
Who this is for
Small businesses that are tired of handling IT problems themselves, or paying emergency rates every time something breaks.
Common questions
What's the difference between paying per incident and a monthly plan?
Break-fix means you pay each time something goes wrong ; usually €100–€200 per callout, and whoever shows up doesn't know your setup. A monthly plan means one fixed cost, one engineer who already knows your systems, and problems caught before they become emergencies.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No long-term contract required. Plans are month-to-month ; if it doesn't work for you, you stop. No cancellation fee, no notice period.
Do you work with companies outside of France?
Yes. CET-based but with clients across the US, Caribbean, and Asia. Timezone differences are manageable for most small business IT needs.
What should a small business do if they have no IT department?
The most practical solution for most small businesses is to have a senior IT engineer available on a monthly basis; someone who handles problems when they arise and keeps an eye on things between calls. This costs far less than hiring even a junior IT employee, and you get more experience, not less.
Can a business with 5 employees really afford IT support?
Yes. Monthly IT support plans for small teams start at €75/month; less than most businesses spend on software subscriptions they've forgotten about. The question isn't whether you can afford it; it's whether you can afford not having it when something breaks.
Do I need to hire someone full-time to get proper IT support?
Not if you have fewer than 50 employees. A full-time IT hire costs €35,000–€55,000 per year before benefits. Most small businesses need someone available, not someone employed full-time. A senior engineer on a monthly plan gives you the expertise without the overhead.
What problems can remote IT support handle without being on-site?
The vast majority of small business IT problems are solvable remotely: email issues, software problems, slow computers, backup failures, website downtime, user account issues, security questions, printer drivers, and more. On-site visits are rarely necessary.
Is it safe to let someone access my business systems remotely?
Yes, when done properly. Remote access tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk require your explicit permission each time; you see everything happening on screen. This is standard practice for IT support worldwide and no different from what a large company's internal IT team does.
